Eddie and his wife, Lisa, have been homeowners for five years, and just
recently had a little girl, Rebecca. Eddie served on the HML Board of 
Directors and Architectural Committee for 3 years.

Eddie received a finance degree at Clemson and his MBA at Carolina. He 
has been in the mortgage business for over a decade and has owned his 
own company now for two years. Eddie has provided HML homeowners 
over $3 million in mortgage loans and refinancing over the past five years. 
He is available to serve you 7 days a week - 24 hours a day.

Rodney Edwards has been a custom home builder since
1977, and was an original member of the HML Custom
Builder Team from 1988-96. Both his sister and in-laws are
current HML homeowners.

Rodney is a high quality builder who has built homes in
Spaulding Farm, Kilgore Plantation, Bradley Oaks, 
Berkshire Park, Pelham Falls, Laurel Lakes, Nature’s
Watch, Lake Robinson and Montebello. A past 
president of the Greenville Home Builders Association,
Rodney was also named “Builder of the Year’ in 1992, 
and has won numerous awards for his work.

Jon Peery and Nelson Neal were original members of the 
HML Custom Builder Team from 1988—96. Building for 18 years,
Peery  Construction has earned the reputation of constructing
distinctive custom homes. Referrals constitute over 80% of their
business, and some of their finest homes can be seen in 
Chanticleer, Chaunessy, Lake Keowee, Thornblade, Montebello,
Kingsbridge, Spaulding Farm, Barrington Park, Linkside and 
Pebble Creek. 

Jon and his family have been homeowners in Half Mile Lake for 
ten years. Jon and Nelson are both graduates of Bob Jones 
and are active members of Hampton Park Baptist Church.

Mike is a Clemson graduate and has been selling real estate 
for 11 years. He worked for 5-1/2 years selling at the Cliffs 
of Glassy, and in 1998, he and his brother, Matt Roach, 
formed Top Guns Realty, Inc.

Mike and his family certainly enjoy living in Half Mile Lake and 
are very interested in helping the home values of our community 
to continue to increase.
