Closing Attorneys:

        • Please complete our Closing Attorney Contact Form, this will provide the HOA with the following information to provide for a smooth transaction:

          • New homeowner information

       

        • Please print a copy of our covenants & amendments and provide to the new homeowner prior to closing.  (Potential homeowners may be impacted by our covenants, such as the restriction to purchase property for the intent of immediate rental)

       

      • HML annual homeowners dues for 2024 were $440.00.   Annual dues run from January 1 through December 31.  Dues are invoiced on January 1.  Dues paid after April 1 incur a 1.5% interest fee per month compounded

HML-BY-LAWS

The neighborhood amenities have been upgraded with an electronic access system.  Anyone wishing to utilize the clubhouse, pool or tennis courts is required to have a key fob.  Key fobs must be purchased by the new homeowner on record as they are non-transferable from the previous homeowner.
